Due to restructurisation of medical device sales company, we are looking for important new colleague, talented salesperson, to join our team –



Main job responsibilities for the position will include:

  • Proactive sales, performance to plan
  • Strategic planning of product group, budget, sales, stock planning and control
  • Analysis of the market situation (demands, competitors), prediction of future tendencies
  • Assortment and price formation
  • Organization of practice trainings, presentations and events for clients
  • Planning of sales facilitation activities and performance control
  • Cooperation with suppliers, arranging products for sale
  • Preparation of proposals and reports to management of the company
  • Area of responsibility – Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia

Our expectations:

  • Vocational education or higher education
  • Previous work experience in sales, work experience in medical device or equipment sales sector will be considered as an advantage
  • Persistence, ability to persuade clients providing convincing arguments, high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to take decisions independently and plan working time
  • Activity, energy and positive mood
  • Result oriented personality
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian, English and good knowledge of Russian language
  • Public speaking skills, ability to address auditory of medical professionals and perform product presentations
  • B category driving license
